REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • If EVM CARS is unable to deliver the vehicle, then the payment made by the customer will be refunded in full subject to cancellation/refund process.
  • Cancellation request will be accepted via letter or e-mail with the booking/payment receipt duly signed or initiated by the customer.
  • Refund request must include the vehicle details compulsorily.
  • Refund/Cancellation amount will be credited within 10 days from the date of request submission.
  • Refund/Cancellation will be credited back to the original account or mode used for payment only.
  • Vehicles sold or registered by EVM CARS for the customer are not subject to refund/cancellation Policy strictly.
